Flanges
Our extensive inventory provides Boltex customers in oil refining, oil and gas transmission, engineering, construction, municipal development and related industries immediate access to quality products. We manufacture forged carbon steel flanges to meet or exceed the following specification requirements:
- ASME B16.5, ASME B16.36, ASME B16.47, MSS SP44, AWWA, API-6A and API-605
- Material: ASTM/ASME A/SA105, A/SA350 LF2, A694 and A707
- Corrosion — NACE MR0175
- ½" to 72" nominal pipe size
- 75 to 10,000 PSI
In addition, Boltex provides:
- 100% machined surfaces in most sizes
- 100% traceability; material test reports maintained for all products
- Gasket surfaces 125-250 microinch AARH
Boltex also can address custom designs or special material requirements.
